Aside from admissions, who I would emphatically enforce their abilities to make false promises. The crucial honesty needed for the patients who are treated like a monetary pieces of their personal bank accounts are potentially the clientele in the most vulnerable state possible desperately making that decision based upon the veracity of health and like dire needs. That being said, I would to state that my Case Manager at the facility, Gail, was extremely impressive and listened with genuine intention of addressing my needs going forward. Gail had a way of calming my nerves when I was at a point of maniacal frustration which gave me great confidence in the Shore Point Rehabilitation Facility. She gave me the trust that my voice was being heard and that soothing reassurance was monumental.

My recovery here at Shorepoint was everything I hoped for. Clean safe environment and spacious living. Attentive clinical addiction education and therapy. Medical staff and medication management was attentive and available. Time outside the group education was spent in comfortable lounges with network TVs and gaming services. There is a work out space as well as a game room. I enjoyed the variety of items with the dinning provided. Plenty of snacks and goodies for all cravings. Also I really enjoyed the client “special” experiences: Pizza wing night, ice cream food truck days, yoga, message, chiropractor, facial, hair cut and other special fun activities. I highly recommend the care and attention provided here at Sharepoint for yourself or loved one.

ShorePoint Detox truly made a difficult time feel manageable. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with respect, compassion, and zero judgment. The nurses and techs were attentive and genuinely cared about my comfort and safety, checking in often and explaining everything clearly.
The facility itself was clean, calm, and well-organized, which made a huge difference during detox. The medical team was professional and responsive, and I felt supported both physically and emotionally throughout my stay.

Shore Point recovery is an amazing recovery facility. Gail in case management is so knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to all of your needs whether it’s work related or home related. Jimmy and Chris the BHT supervisors make you feel so supported and truly will do anything to help you feel safe and as much at home as possible while in treatment. They will do anything they can to support you and guide you on your journey. Esha is an amazing therapist who advocates for your needs and helps you navigate your family dynamic. I would highly recommend shore point recovery to anyone seeking treatment or knows anyone in need of help or support.

When I first made the decision to come to treatment I was very hesitant because I didn’t know what to expect. I prayed very hard that God would lead me in the direction that I needed to go and from the time I got on the plane I knew that this was it. From the driver that happened to be from North Carolina that picked me up from the facility to the ones that checked me in I just connected. I can’t express the connection I have had with the nurses, staff, and patients here. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that is struggling with addiction this place has saved my life and will always hold a special place in my heart

Becca is the best case manager!!! Her and Gayle and Christopher are the best administrator team you could ever ask for!!! Christopher is the BHT supervisor. From day one, he went above and beyond to make sure anything that could make my stay more comfortable and help me.Ease through the detox process was easily taken care of. From the day I got here and met becca as my case manager.She was above and beyond the shining bright star that I needed in the dark times in my life. She made sure to explain everything thoroughly and properly.So I had great understanding of what was going on with my stay here.

Upon my arrival at Shorepoint, I was immediately greeted and taken in with professionalism and sincere care. I am not always the easiest person to deal with but complete respect and much needed attention was all I was given from intake to discharge. The facility is beautiful, but the staff is was gives this center 5 stars. The Program Director Erin, The Clinical Director Rebecca, The Nursing Director Jenn, All the therapists Tammy, Tommy, Jeff and Esha were ALL amazing and very accommodating. They helped me turn my life around and I cannot be more thankful for them.

Case management here at Shore Point is so invested and amazing, especially Gail and Jenna. Any questions I had were answered with care and as soon as possible. They absolutely are rock stars. Groups are great, Jeff is so knowledgeable and teaches in a very professional and relatable way, it feels like im at college. All of the techs are kind and genuinely care. They have a great attitude I can tell they like working here and helping the clients. 10/10 I'd highly recommend this facility to anyone struggling with addiction.

I’ve been where you are. I was afraid to ask for help and didn’t believe recovery could work for me. Shore Point Recovery proved me wrong.
This isn’t just a facility, it is a place where healing actually happens. The staff listens. The environment feels safe. And for the first time in a long time, I felt hopeful, after relapsing after 3 years of sobriety.

Shore Point Recovery is a great facility. The staff is great from top to bottom. Everyone is knowledgeable in their respective field and very kind. Living conditions are very acceptable. The beds are extremely comfortable. What is asked of clients at Shore Point is not overwhelming at all. If you are looking for a place in the northeast to heal and get back on track with full support from everyone around you I would strongly consider Shore Point as an option.

I am writing this review concerning the experience I’ve had with my tutor in rehab. I was very reluctant to the degree to be very forthcoming in my discussions with her and what I have found is that my discussions were most helpful and she had a profound and important influence on my experience in rehab. Rebecca and Becca and this entire team has been amazing through my recovery process. I was scared, reluctant and angry to be here. I didn’t want to be here, and staying was the best decision I ever made for myself, for my loved ones, for my daughter the list goes on and on. Shore Point Recovery is very nice when you walk through the door they are very nice and make you feel welcome My case manage Gail was very helpful with my fmla short term disability and anything else I needed she is awesome. My Therapist Rebecca she open up things I had buried deep down she ask me to do a time line on my addiction and started to pour out which me open up and that I'm grateful it was a awesome experience.

I have been to numerous treatment facilities but Shore Point Recovery has without a DOUBT, EXCEEDED any expectation I had. It is here I found the healing needed for my recovery. The staff makes themselves readily available to me and all the patient needs. I'm more than pleased with my experience at this location. I was afraid going so far being from Texas, but from the moment I got picked up, James made me feel safe and cared for. Jimmy did nothing but fulfill my every need, as well as Chris. Esha, my therapist was wonderful. She tried hard to dig deep with me & get to the root of my issues. I loved her as my therapist.

I had a very nice stay while being treated, the staff is very kind and accommodating, tablets for entertainment was a huge plus for comfort. I have been treated at 2 different facilities previously and this by far was the best outcome. Supervisor Jimmy was very kind and helpful, nurse Gabe was awesome as well. If I could put more than 5 stars i would.

What an amazing case management team they have! I was so anxious coming into treatment about so many things. They alleviated every worry so that I could focus on my treatment. Thank you all so much. I would like to say that Esha my therapist has been phenomenal.. she had me dig deep into my childhood trauma and the way of my alcoholic disorder! You understands what happening with her patient and gives you many great resources to keep you on the right ! She a phenomenal therapist! I’m so glad she was assigned to me !

This was the only place that offered help, I live in FL with my wife and she desperately needed help, I was turned away from literally every single Rehabilitation Center in Florida I mean yes there are detoxes here and there but they're more like just homeless shelters for people that don't feel like being in the heat, it's sad and I have Florida Blue insurance and my insurance covers nothing in Florida so unless I was prepared to have about $130,000 there was really no answer and I received a call and I believe it was God and my wife decided to take the trip out there she is only been there for about a week but I can just tell the difference in her voice like I am about to have my wife back again and I thank you to everybody and the staff there because I know she is a rough case LOL but you all seem to do really good with her. So yes I would recommend this place 100% And if anybody is really struggling in a situation I mean this place accepted my insurance they are covering almost all of it and they bought us the plane ticket out there an Uber ride all that I mean and that was within hours of us calling who does that I've never heard of that especially I guess where I live it's hopeless here which is sad so thank you guys!

This is the best place to be if you want to be treated with respect and have good quality care. Every worker at every location is the best of the best, they take a personal interest in each patient. They have never given up on me and for that I am truly grateful
